Esiri Agbeyi

Esiri is a partner who serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of some companies PwC. She leads the People and Organisation tax team and the Private Wealth Client Services team which provide specialised services to companies, high net worth families and entrepreneurs. She helps family businesses thrive for succeeding generations through proper family governance, international tax, wealth protection and ESG. She also leads the International Tax Services practice in PwC Nigeria having worked with PwC New York advising clients on optimal international tax structures across Africa. Esiri led the team which published the maiden edition of PwC’s survey on MSMEs and has a strong passion to ensure SMEs thrive. She also leads the International Trade and ESG Tax teams across PwC Africa. She has done several international courses including the Private Equity Master Class in London Business School, International Tax in New York University, Circular Economy and Sustainability strategies in Cambridge University. She has won several awards for her leadership roles and contribution to the Nigerian economy.
