Elizabeth is a retired PwC senior international private client tax partner based in London. Whilst at PwC, she founded and lead the UK Firm’s International Wealth business which gives international private client and corporate tax structuring advice to UHNW families and succesful entrepreneurs with activities and assets in multiple jurisdictions and diverse sectors. Liz also founded PwC’s Global UHNW Club consisting of partners from different lines of service with vastly varying skill sets and based in over 30 international territories. Elizabeth was considered to be a leader in her field and regularly lectured internationally on relevant topical tax issues. She established a well recognised reputation for integrity, discretion, teamwork and at all times putting clients first. Since retirement in June 2019, Elizabeth has maintained her client network and continues to advise them on a wide range of issues, both tax and business-related. Given her extensive knowledge of corporate governance, transparency, exchange of information and reputation management issues, she is the consummate trusted advisor to business leaders, boards and family offices. She uses her commercial acumen, international business experience and sound judgement to add value to organisations in non-executive roles. Since retiring from PwC, Liz has accepted appointments as a Non-Executive Director of a select number of private businesses and AIM listed companies.
