Ndidi Nwuneli founded LEAP Africa- a leading nonprofit which provides social entrepreneurs, youth and small scale business owners with leadership training and executive coaching services. She is also a co-founder of AACE Foods, a Nigerian food processor.
Ndidi is one of the world’s leading authorities on social entrepreneurship and in 2004, was bestowed with the national honor, Member of the Federal Republic (MFR) by the Nigerian President at the time, Olusegun Obasanjo.
Ndidi has provided policy, start-up and advisory services to the World Bank, IFC, DFID,Ford Foundation,Oxfam International,UCAD,the Center for Middle East Competitive Strategy, the Nigerian Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Youth Development.
Ndidi has received numerous honors and awards. In 2003 She was recognized as a Global Leader of Tomorrow and Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Ndidi was recognized as the Young Manager of the Year 2005 by THISDAY Newspapers. She also received an Excellence Award from the Africa Business Club at Harvard Business School in 2007.
