Swathed in an atmosphere charged with inspiration, music, entertainment and empowerment, the Inspired Women of Worth (iWOW) Global Possibilities Summit held on the 20/21 march 2015.

The Summit continued on the 21st of March at the Civic Centre with the theme ‘UNLEASH YOUR WOW FACTOR!’ The full day Summit included straight talk segments, workshops, fitness sessions and ‘The Tycoon’s Nest’ –where brave participants delivered an elevator pitch before a panel of industry leaders and economic influencers and won various prizes including sponsorship, mentorship and empowerment materials.

The Global Possibilities Summit delivered a rich array of speakers including Chief Dr. Ibe Kachikwu (Executive Vice Chairman- Exxon Mobil), Bola Adesola (MD, Standard Chartered Bank) Nimi Akinkugbe (MD/CEO BestMan Games), Bukky George (MD/CEO HealthPlus), Patrick E. Nwakogo (MD/CEO Dale Carnegie Nigeria Intl), Oke Maduewesi (MD/CEO Zaron Cosmetics Intl), Dr. Ola Orekunrin (Founder, Flying Doctors), Uju Irukwu (MD/CEO Chapel Hill Denham Women’s Fund) and Michelle McKinney Hammond internationally renowned author and speaker. They spoke on various topics ranging from Possibilities in Action, Mentorship in Action while sharing their various experiences on the journey from aspiration to significance.

The Inspired Women of Worth (iWOW) Network is in its 5th year and has since inception held its Global Possibilities Summit in the first quarter of the year. This summit is in line with the iWOW Network’s vision to “Inspire, Enlighten, Encourage, Empower and Connect women to their best selves and with each other to accomplish a world of good’’ and therefore is an avenue for women (and men) to come and hear from people who have thrived in their chosen areas of endeavour in spite of hardships or situations that were deemed impossible. The Global Possibilities Summit always provides an opportunity for mentorship and sometimes seed capital for budding entrepreneurs.
